The best oysters. Pulled straight from the bay and shucked at picnic tables overlooking the water.
SAN JUAN ISLAND BREWING CO.
A big, friendly taproom in the middle of town. Great for beer, cider, and some classic pub food.
SALTY FOX
Our go-to coffee spot with breakfast snacks.

WHALE WATCHING
Could be whale-y fun! Lots of different types of whales hang out near the island, Orcas, humpbacks, etc.
VISIT ALPACAS
Go hang out with some alpacas. Pet them?

SIGHTS

Sights to see.

LIME KILN POINT STATE PARK
A lighthouse on the west-side rocks and your best shot at spotting orcas from shore.
ROCHE HARBOR
A historic resort village on the north end of the island. East-coast vibes.
PELINDABA LAVENDER FARM
Fields of lavender in bloom in July! Plus a farm stand of everything-lavender.
NATIONAL HISTORICAL PARK
American Camp and English Camp. Beach walks, prairie trails, and big views at both ends of the island.
